DirectClanHosting was started up by Joshua Nailor In April 2006. Josh took over many companies to build up in the UK and USA. He has now started to get European servers in an attempt to push the company worldwide. We have been around for a few years but not under the name of Direct Clan Hosting. We now made direct clan hosting into the main place to go for Hosting. We treat all of our clients with respect and have trained staff members to deal with any sort of problems day in day out. We give full online and offline support to clients as well as personal one to one conversations on instant messaging programs. We also give support to people who aren’t customers, but the customers are our first priority. When you have a problem don't let it mess up your clan or business, tell us and we will try and correct the problems you have. We always aim to help our customers in the best way possible.

Game Control Panel -
Our game control panel is easy to use and allows you to control your game server or voice server with us. Once you order a server with us we will create the game server or voice server and send you the information to login with via our personalised control panel. Our panel allows you to delete files, change server settings, kick or ban people without being in the server itself. We have a built in support ticket system that will allow you to contact us right away if there is a problem. Sub users so if you’re the owner and don’t want to do all the work you can create a sub user account for one of your clan members or friends to login and help you with it. You can run updates on your game servers via the control panel. Overall our control panel is one of the best to control your servers with. Ventrilo Control Panel –
This is separate from our game control panel because there are different settings and IP address’ we host ventrilo servers on. We have a custom-built control panel made that will allow you to login and modify various settings that make your Ventrilo server unique. You get full access to your Ventrilo when we make it. Support & Billing System –
Our billing system is easy to use when it comes to paying invoices with us. You will receive an e-mail when your invoice is due and all you need to do is login and pay it via our website. It comes with built in support system so when you want to ask questions send a support ticket and we will answer it right away!
Our support system is pretty basic when it comes to sending a support ticket when you need help. You just register an account with us and send one even if you’re not a client you can just ask for support we are happy to help out anyone if we know how. Please also note that if you’re not a client and wanting help you will have to wait until we deal with paying customers first. You can also post on our forums and get other people to reply to you about it.
