We have now changed the style on our dedicated servers page to make it easier to find the specification, price and easy to order. We have also added the stock list so any machines which are in or not in stock we will tell you. You can pre order if there not in stock until some come available or you can get one built for you and put online within 3 to 5 working days.

 

All the specifications on our website are all the machines we have in the data centre at the moment, Any new specifications added will be listed and put on the news section.

DirectClanHosting have now launched a new support and sales telephone number you can ring any time any day. This is to help new customers or exisiting customers at any time and faster. We think the phone number will save typing a long email or support ticket. We advise when you call us to tell us your name if your a current customer or wanting to become one, And if you could tell us a quick summery of an issue or question and we can do our best to help you.

 

No calls are recored what so ever. And if you ring and we miss the call, We get e-mailed to let us know and we will call you back. Your number is stored into our log and we can call you back between 9AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday.

 

You can also contact us at weekends if its urgent need. We tend to keep people on support tickets/e-mails at weekends.
